In a few square meters, we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken advantage of every square meter. Here you can take walks in a rural environment or just relax on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. Accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen city center takes 28 minutes by train.

The guest house consists of a studio in its own house with a 160 cm bed and a sofa bed with coffee table, as well as a cooking area with stove, oven, small fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker. Luxurious toilet with shower in the cabin. Patio with access to barbecue is included. Max 4 people are suitable for this accommodation. Cleaning and sheets are included. Parking on the property. Bemærk - rygeforbud gælder alle inden og udendørsområder. Du har køer og heste som tætteste naboer. Lejligheden er lille, men med plads til 4 overnattende gæster. Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året og brug er inkluderet i prisen. Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster
