Small cozy cottage with proximity to the sea and beach.

Cottage located one kilometer from a very nice sandy beach with a jetty. Close to Bedinge and Abbekås golf course. Bicycle path to Ystad and Trelleborg. 4-5 restaurants within a radius of 5-6 km, as well as grocery stores. The cottage has two double beds, a TV room and a simple kitchen with fridge, stove and oven. Toilet with shower cabin. Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental rate. Located in a free position on the Skåne plains next to our own house. Nearby, our horses roam the meadow.

Our stuga is located in the heart of the province of Skåne, southern Sweden. Cities such as Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad are within one hour reach. The stuga is located in a hilly and wooded area where many beautiful walks can be taken. There are trips such as to Skånes Djurpark ( 5km. from the stuga), the beach, swimming/fishing in a lake, golfing, canoeing etc. The stuga is fully furnished and is cozy in both summer and winter months.

Enjoyable dwelling with six beds near wonderful Mossbystrand. Here you will find closeness to a sandy beach, a golf course and a cosy village environment in Wallander’s Ystad. Located 15km from Ystad and Skurup, 5km to nearest supermarket and petrol station. 50km to Malmö and the bridge Öresundsbron, where you easily can reach Copenhagen.

The days can be filled with walks in the forest, socializing on the terrace, a good book in front of the fireplace and last but not least, end the relaxing day with a visit in the small sauna. The beautiful lake Svenstorpssjön is only a 15 minute walk from the cottage.
