The apartment is lovely, neat and clean, located on the 1st floor with a French balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. The apartment contains a hallway, kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven. A bedroom with a double bed. Living room with dining area, TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The last room is locked off, may not be used.

The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.

Close to nature with two of the city's larger parks on each side and close to the harbor, which can lead to a nice walk along the fjord out to the Sankt Hans area.
