The sandy beach just below the house is equally attractive in summer, with a bathing jetty and beach bar, and in winter, for lovely walks. Multiple seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transport links about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs along this road.

Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by cornfields. We are located outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms on the ground floor of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparoom" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor has been renovated and is heated. However, there is no daylight.

Driving distance to many nice golf courses, and about 3 minutes' walk away is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.
