Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has a newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with room for 4 people at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed as well as comfortable sofa-bed for 2 sleeping. You park a car, truck or car with a trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car to arrange!

Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located in Limhamn, close to Malmö Arena (about 4 km) and to Malmö city (about 5 km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two burners, oven and microwave. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the apartment, there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it, but some atmospheric candles can be lit. Free Internet and large TV selection.

We invite you to rent a luxurious apartment with an extraordinary view in one of the best locations in all of Malmö. The Airbnb is located on the 11th floor in a new complex in the trendy area Västra Hamnen. With two cafés across the street, a big grocery shop ICA Maxi around the corner along with several restaurants, you’re always close to amenities. Nice, comfortable two-room apartment near the city center within walking distance to Triangeln station and the trendy areas of Möllevången, Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where you will find cafés and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a separate dinning area, a bathroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Cosy apartment by the ocean

Unwind in the tranquility of my home. Surrounded by the ocean and beautiful parks, running trails and playgrounds Västra Hamnen is the pearl of Malmö - especially during summertime. You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Don't forget to enjoy the sun from the balcony :)
