Larch, beech, and poplar wood are the predominant natural materials used throughout the apartments and houses.

Meine ElbAlm steht für richtiges Bilderbuch Landleben. In der Nähe gibt es Kühe, Hühner, Esel und Felder. Und die Ruhe selbstverständlich auch. Warum ElbAlm? Die Elbe und der Deich sind in 15-20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hier erwartet dich ein richtiger Strand und einen leckeren Snack und passende Erfrischung gibt es hier im Sommer. Auch Hamburg erreichst du in 30 Minuten. In ca. 3 Km. Entfernung ist die Horster Bahnhaltestelle. Hier ist ein Parkplatz und Fahrradstellplätze.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Zugang für Gäste Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Terrasse. Gästen steht ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang der Wohnung zur Verfügung

Ein Schwimmbad und ein Badesee sind ebenfalls fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Einliegerwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist barrierearm. Die Wohnung selber wurde 2022 saniert und renoviert. Das Badezimmer ist mit einem WC, einer ebenerdigen Dusche, einem Waschbecken und einem Spiegel ausgestattet.

Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, mit dem Auto fünf Minuten zum Bahnhof Horst, acht Minuten bis zur A 23 und ca. 40 Minuten bis HH Mitte. Bushaltestelle, Fitnesscenter und Supermarkt zu Fuß in zwei und eigener Bahnhof in Horst ca. 20 Minuten.

This modern and cozy old building apartment on the 1st floor offers you a comfortable home. The apartment has been completely renovated and impresses with its high-quality furnishings. If something is still missing, we are not far away and happy to help. We are still in the process of renovating the hallway, but this does not mean any restrictions for our guests.
