Guest apartment in an old school

At La Possibilité d'une île, we welcome you to the former Boyardville school, rehabilitated in eco-construction. We have created our main house there as well as two apartments available for vacation rental. The first, Trinidad, with its warm colors, evokes Cuba, an island as endearing as Oléron. The second, Azyade, in tribute to Pierre Loti, born in Rochefort and buried in Oléron, evokes in small touches the 19th century and the Middle East

The fisherman's house

Charming little fisherman's house located in the small village of Cotinière, just a short walk to the shopping street and the beach. It consists of a beautiful living room/open kitchen, a large bedroom with a 140/190 cm bed and a 140/190 cm sofa bed. A bathroom/WC. You can also enjoy a beautiful optimized terrace and fenced garden. Verisure security system upon request. BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

Completely renovated house in the heart of Grand Village. Perfect location for a holiday by the sea. You just have to cross the forest to get to the beach in 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. Shops are located 1 min by foot. You will find everything you need in the village: bakery, supermarket, bar, tobacco, restaurants. Children's park, pétanque courts, bike and surf rental nearby!

Linens and towels included, bed made. Access to the sea and shops on foot. The rental is for a minimum of four nights except July, August. Non-smoking rental, pets not allowed.
