Separate toilet. The house is not overlooked in the heart of the village. Close to the beaches of the peninsula, the wild coast and the island of Oléron. Multiple activities in the surroundings. Pets are welcome. Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, DVD player, Senseo, Dishwasher, Oven etc. Linens not provided, rental possible.

In Royan (5 minutes from the beach and the city center by car) I offer this pretty 110 m2 single-story house, completely tastefully renovated in winter 2022-23, with its beautiful 400 m2 wooded garden not overlooked. The house is spacious, bright and warm. It feels good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of which is separate. This is a great place to have a great stay in our beautiful city of Royan.
