Studio on the second floor of a beach front residence in Lacanau Océan. Very bright studio with balcony and direct ocean views with stunning sunset every night. The beach is opposite at a few steps. Residence slightly off-center from the center, about 200 m (quieter). Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and cafes are not far away. You can get everywhere on foot. Private parking space (badge). Linens are not provided, so provide: - Towels - Pillowcase x2 - Duvet cover - Sheet cover of 90*200 x2 or sheet 160 x1 For the BZ: - A sheet 90 - Pillowcase - 1-person duvet cover There is a capacity for up to 3 people in the apartment. BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little renovated fisherman's house, bright. Close to the ocean, you will be a few meters from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but be careful in July and August our seaside resort is very lively, our little house loses its tranquility. Ideal for a couple with 2 children, we do not accept more than 4 people. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
