Renovated apartment facing the sea located on the first floor on the new Boulevard Felix Faure. Very well located, ideal for walking and cycling (bike path at the foot), close to the village of Saint-Trojan and the thalassotherapy center. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a TV, wifi... It has a bedroom with a bed (140) and a sofa bed (140) in the living room. Bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace of 14m² with sun loungers.

This ideally located home offers quick access to the zoo, shops, restaurants. Beach 700 m away. This large 28 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.

Close to the bakery, pharmacy, convenience store, tourist office... 5 min walk to free children's playground with petanque court, picnic tables... Ideally located to explore Charente-Maritime with its many activities, beaches, tours... we will be happy to welcome you, we live opposite, hand over the keys on arrival, otherwise key box available.

Lovely apartment with sea view.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea in a charming Soulacais building. Large shared garden you can use the left side, small gate that leads to the beach from the garden. We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, on the right when you exit the gate, Sandaya campsite 100 m away, grocery store, bar and restaurant with ocean view)
