Lovely house, in a peaceful area, with a secure swimming pool (6x3m) heated from mid-April to October. Very comfy beds, video projector for movie and game nights, beautiful living room. Ideally located near the most beautiful beaches and cities in Charente Maritime. The accommodation is located in a charming village with small local shops. 8 minutes from the nearest supermarket and gas station. Available on request for an additional fee: you can have your own private pilates and stretching class

La Tanière, swimming pool and 300 m from the sea

Superb villa with a 12x4m heated pool. 600m from the beach and 300m from the city center. The ideal place for those who enjoy their holidays cycling and walking with paths also near. The house has 6 bedrooms and will easily host up to 11 persons who, depending on the seasons, will benefit from the pool or the chimney. Large opened kitchen, every bedroom has cupboards, notwithstanding the big terrasse that will also be used as a solarium. The garage is not accesible to guests.

Come and discover this charming family Charentaise of 100 m2 located in the city center. Close to all amenities, it will allow you to discover the riches of Tonnay-Charente on foot. Located 20 minutes from the beach (30 minutes by train). We want to make the house even more pleasant, which is why the decor will evolve over time. The accommodation is part of the Gites Manilea - Saint-Laurent-de-la-Pree Animals are not tolerated.

We offer a 30 m2 accommodation, located on the wild coast, in the heart of the village and close to shops and the beach. The accommodation has a private patio for outdoor dining, and access to the pool, heated from May to late September (depending on weather conditions). It can accommodate two adults, and possibly a young child. Welcome to our home!
