Charm, simplicity, comfort, in 20 m2 of independence. For globetrotters: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, griddle, fridge, dishes. No stove or oven. Small wooden terrace overlooking the garden. And the silence. In the quiet of a village, with fields, bike path, forest, sandy beach, sunsets all nearby... Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea in a charming Soulacais building. Large shared garden you can use the left side, small gate that leads to the beach from the garden. We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, on the right when you exit the gate, Sandaya campsite 100 m away, grocery store, bar and restaurant with ocean view)
