In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. We have lovingly renovated this Art Nouveau house built in 1906 in one of the most beautiful streets of Emden on the Stadtwall. The more than 70sqm apartment is located on the ground floor. Here you can relax and feel good. The beautiful vintage wallpaper, high ceilings with stucco and the beautiful natural wood floors make the apartment something very special.
