Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

We offer an indoor pickleball court! (for those competitive pickleball fanatics, please know our court does not have sidelines!). This home is wheelchair accessible.
