Elegantes Brooklyn-Style-Loft im Herzen Hamburgs

Unser Loft befindet sich im Hinterhof eines denkmalgeschützten Rotklinkerkomplexes aus den 1920er-Jahren. Wir haben eine alte lichtdurchflutete Werkstatt mit viel Liebe zum Detail mit Metall und Eiche hochwertig ausgebaut. Wir bieten: - 5m hohe Decken - eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche - ein modernes Bad mit Rainshower-Brause - einen großzügigen Wohnbereich. Auf der Galerie befindet sich das bequeme Doppelbett. Bitte keine Anfragen bezüglich Veranstaltungen, Filmdrehs oder ähnlichem. Gäste haben Zugang zu dem gesamten Loft. Wir wohnen nur wenige Minuten entfernt und stehen unseren Gästen gerne als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Hoheluft-West liegt im Herzen der Stadt, weniger als zwei Kilometer vom Schanzenviertel, drei Kilometer von der Alster und vier Kilometer vom Hafen entfernt. Das Viertel ist ruhig und sicher, Supermärkte und Restaurants befinden sich in Gehweite. Die U-Bahnstationen Hoheluftbrücke (U3) und Schlump (U2) sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Bus 181 hält fast direkt vor dem Gebäude, und die Busse M4 und M5 halten weniger als 100m entfernt. Im nahen Umkreis kann fast überall auf der Strasse geparkt werden. Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt im Loft. Rauchen vor der Tür ist ok, allerdings ab 22:00 Uhr bitte nicht laut reden wegen der Nachbarn. Auf keinen Fall die Blumentöpfe als Aschenbecher benutzen (das hat doch tatsächlich schon jemand gemacht...)!

Studio im Herzen der Lübecker Altstadt

Das Gästezimmer liegt im hinteren Seitenflügel des Altstadthauses in einer ruhigen Gasse. Im unteren Bereich des offenen Studios lädt ein (Schlaf-)Sofa zum Verweilen ein, eine Küchenzeile bietet Raum zum Genießen kleiner Mahlzeiten. Eine schmale Wendeltreppe führt in den Schlafbereich unterm Dach, in dem ein kuscheliges Doppelbett zur Verfügung steht, direkt dahinter gelangt man in das kleine, moderne Bad. Eine gemütliche Alkove über dem Bad bietet eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für Sportliche.

Piratennest Deluxe mit Stadtanbindung

We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. More information at hvv.de Cars can be parked right in front of the door.

Our beautiful, newly furnished loft apartment in one of the most beloved neighbourhoods of Hamburg, St. Pauli is now available. The loft is in a quiet, secluded ‘hof’ as they are called in Germany, with a private gate to the street which protects you from the hustle and bustle of the city even though you are just steps away from it all. The newly built space, 2015/16 offers working/living lofts and we have recently converted ours into a living space, fully furnished inWinter 2018 / 19.

Vacation apartment “Familiennest” in Hohenfelde/ Plön on the Baltic Sea. In a modernized farmhouse from 1910. Spacious, open-plan upper floor and attic with beautiful roof beams. Balcony view to the orchard with meadow and pond. Separate entrance / hallway, 1 bedroom for parents with double bed and crib. 2 cozy sleeping galleries under the roof with round windows, one for schoolchildren and one for 2 teenagers or young adults. Wunderschönes Miniloft, sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, im Herzen von Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. Mitten auf dem Theodorhof, ein ehemaliges Kasernengelände, mit seinen schönen Gebäuden und vielseitigen Mietern. Der Vermieter ist die nullviernull Tonproduktion, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eine alte Bunkeranlage zu 11 wunderschönen Büros und Minilofts umbauen ließ. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe und zur BAB 7, Ausfahrt Bahrenfeld benötig man keine 4 Minuten.

Here you are right in the middle of life between Schanze and Pauli. The loft is quietly located in a backyard, so you can sleep without Oropax. Business or sightseeing - it's not either or, but both. The loft is a mixture of living and working - black and white canvas film pictures from the 60s and 70s and furnished with USM Haller and Vitra furniture give the studio a very casual look.
