Wir möchten, dass Sie sich entspannen, mit guten Büchern, in einer ruhigen, aber muckeligen Umgebung, vor den Fenstern nur Grün und Ruhe.

Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

Der alte Mühlenturm liegt in einer ruhigen Einfamilienhaus-Siedlung direkt im Herzen der Wesermarsch. Auf den vier liebevoll sanierten Etagen (ca. 100qm) mit altem Holzgebälk befinden sich eine vollausgestattete Küche und eine kleine Toilette, Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa für zwei, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, ein separates Bett und ein Schlafzimmer. Im Garten sind sind zwei Terrassen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten u.a. am Wasser eines Siels. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Kinderspielplatz. Gast WLAN vorhanden!

Mitten im Grünen umgeben von Weiden mit grasenden Kühen liegt unser 2018 renoviertes Ferienhaus, welches früher einmal ein kleiner Bauernhof war. Der Nordseedeich des südlichen Jadebusens liegt nur 2km entfernt. Das idyllisch gelegende Haus eignet sich ideal auch für einen Mehrgenerationenurlaub, für 2 befreundete Familien oder auch für einen Urlaub mit Freunden. Der große Garten mit angrenzender Liegewiese und Spielgeräten ist eingezäunt und somit für Kleinkinder sowie Vierbeiner geeignet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoß, unten wohne ich und mein Partner. Das Bad ist mit Sauna und asiatisch angehaucht. Nichtraucherwohnung. Nur 1 km ist der erste/zweite Supermarkt entfernt. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Im Moment ist gegenüber eine Baustelle eines Einfamilienhauses. Es kann zu Beeinträchtigungen kommen.
