With lovingly designed and high-quality furnishings, it is an ideal starting point for hikes in the forest and moor and at the numerous moor lakes and for bird and wildlife watching. MoorIZ with Moor Railway is within walking distance. Bike tours to the North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Tinyhouse bietet eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zum entspannen. Die salzige Luft der Nordsee, Pferdeweiden und Felder, der Nationalpark Wattenmeer in der Nähe und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Moorwald, Jader Park, verträumte kleine Häfen, Meerwasserquellbad im Nordseebad Dangast, das schwimmende Moor...). Wir leben naturnah, unsere beiden (sehr lieben) Hunde und Hühner spazieren durch den Garten, Vogelgesang ist allgegenwärtig. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden!

Welcome to the loving & modern holiday home "Fritzi" in Tossens. You can expect an infrared sauna, two bedrooms (one with access to the large balcony), a large south-facing terrace, a light-filled living area with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen, your own free parking space in front of the house, bicycle storage (lockable), insect screens and blackout options, and individually controllable underfloor heating. Bed linens and towels can be booked in addition or brought along!

Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully furnished small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the natural pond, the sauna and the fire pit can be used. Each by appointment. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10.00 is to be paid on site.
