House in Sønderborg surrounded by culture and nature

The house is located in the heart of Sønderborg, surrounded by cultural and urban life as well as a beautiful view of Alssund. The house has a lovely garden with terraces, space for both children and relaxation. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with, among other things, a sofa bed. A bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for children. On the 1st floor is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a crib and a bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm). In addition, there is a bathroom with shower on the 1st floor.

Spacious villa with lovely child-friendly garden

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There is a lovely garden with plenty of opportunity for play. There is a trampoline, playhouse, mud kitchen and sandbox for children. The horses walk in the field right up the garden. There are lots of games and things for creative play indoors. A real family oasis. Small allergy-friendly dogs are allowed. There are several lovely beaches, good restaurants, and an active city life. The beach Kerneland is about 15 km from the house.

Stylish with Danish teak furniture (original 70s) it offers everything a nice group wants: large living room with leather armchairs and open fireplace, dining room: the table is extendable and can accommodate ten people. Die Kajüte is located in Barlt and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 40 m² accommodation is spread over two floors and features a living room as well as a kitchen. Upstairs, which you reach via a steep, narrow staircase, you will find the bedroom and the bathroom with toilet. Die Kajüte has its own small garden area and offers space for two people. Use of a washing machine is possible on request and for an extra fee.
