Twietens vacation home

Time out on the North Sea coast in the municipality of Stedesdorf in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, but still centrally located to Esens, Bensersiel and Neuharlingersiel. I am renting out my comfort vacation home in a rural location in Thunum, which was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2024, for 4 people from 6 years. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Additional costs, final cleaning, as well as linens and towels are included in the price. I am at your disposal for any questions.

The historic Bürgermeister Becker-Haus, built 160 years ago, features a red brick facade with arched windows. The building is two stories high, surrounded by well-maintained pathways and greenery. The architecture reflects a blend of old and new styles, with a welcoming presence in its central location.

Wohnen im historischen Ambiente, unser 160 Jahre altes Bürgermeister Becker-Haus ist 2021 neu saniert worden und verfügt über 3 Ferienwohnungen, (Ebbe, Flut mit jeweils 50m2 und die Ehemalige Künstlerwohnung 130m2) Sie sind voll ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet, ruhig und haben einen gutes Raumklima. Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr schnell an allen wichtigen Orten in Ostfriesland. Kirche, Marktplatz, Restaurants, Meer und weiters für Kunst und Kulturliebhaber.

Small apartment in the former miller's house

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place with lots of things to do. The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

The dining area features a natural wood table set for four, complemented by comfortably padded chairs. A stunning sea view is visible through expansive glass doors, while a modern lounge area with a cozy chair and sofa is situated nearby, creating a seamless flow between spaces.

Beautiful apartment on Resthof near the coast

Enjoy the sun and the North Sea coast in a beautiful apartment 15 minutes by car from the coast. Bedroom (double bed + single bed), shower and large kitchen offer space. The living room is equipped with a TV. Private terrace and small, fenced garden offer space for grilling and relaxation. Shopping facilities are in the next village (5 minutes by car). The Schooer Wald and numerous cycling routes invite you to cycle and walk. (plus final cleaning charge)

We have lovingly renovated our "crabbude" in the summer and fulfilled a cozy living dream ourselves. A modern open kitchen invites you to cook with lots of accessories. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds - for upscale sleeping comfort. The large and cozy living-dining area with electric fireplace offers enough space for the whole family. Fiber optics are also at your disposal for free. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement

A warm greeting from the beautiful Esens, on the East Frisian North Sea coast! The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a zone of 30, yet in the heart of the beautiful '' bear town'' Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes' drive away.

The kitchen features modern cabinetry and a tiled countertop. A stylish round dining table with gray chairs is positioned beside a window, allowing natural light to brighten the space. Kitchen appliances and utensils are neatly arranged to facilitate meal preparation.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."
