The Sandkasten house is an old farm from which the barn was newly expanded. Here you will find 10 cozy Rooms with two single beds each, so that up to 20 people can be accommodated with us. The rooms face the north and south sides of the farm. In the middle of the barn is the shared kitchen and 5 bathrooms. The barn offers several cozy sitting areas, as well as a large dining area. In addition, there is a lounge with exit to the terrace.

Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. Just a 3-minute walk away is a bus stop with direct service to the lively, bustling coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city center in about 5 minutes by bike. The apartment is lovingly furnished and invites you to relax.

The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a 30 km/h zone, yet in the heart of the beautiful "bear town" of Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes away by car.

Our apartments Spiekeroog and Wangerooge are about 50 m² and equipped for 1 - 3 people. If the apartment is shown as occupied, the other one may still be available. Newly renovated apartment in Bensersiel directly on the dike for up to four people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (double bed and a bunk bed), a bathroom with shower, as well as a living/dining room with an open kitchen. In the house is a large play barn and outside is a large playground, a paradise for children. The main beach of Bensersiel is about a 15-minute walk.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
