You're in Hamburg for a limited time period or you are a weekend commuter looking for a nice home temporarily? Sutje Bude is a cozy 40sqm freshly renovated fully equipped 1- room apartment with its own entrance. It has a combined living/ sleeping room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom (for your usage only) as well as a west balcony. The bright apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Rotlkinker building in the popular district of Barmbek-Süd close to Winterhude.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

The bright apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly renovated old building villa in the charming and family-friendly district of Eimsbüttel. In the vicinity are a variety of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Eimsbütteler Park directly behind the house also offers a wonderful recreational opportunity in the countryside overlooking the pond. For children, the large playground in the park offers a lot of variety.
