The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

Apartment on the Elbe - XR43

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Romantic apartment in a quiet location

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). This apartment impresses with its exquisite amenities, furnishings and its excellent, quiet location between the inland lake and the Baltic Sea. Wake up in the morning overlooking the inland lake and taste your first coffee on the terrace. In 2 minutes you can enjoy the sea air & the vastness on the beach. The apartment is ideal for relaxing and recharging.

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no “paddleable” connection to other lakes. A “Fire TV Stick” is available to log in with your own Netflix & Co account.
