The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Each apartment has its own natural garden. Ideal place for a relaxing couple's vacation to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

The 50 m² holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with large shower. We have sleeping places for max. 5 pers. + baby. In one bedroom there is 1 double bed (1.8m wide) and in the other 1 loft bed (1.2m wide) for 2 people and 1 single bed (90 cm wide). One bedroom is equipped with toys. Both have shutters. All windows have fly screens. In the garden there is a trampoline, a barbecue and various seating areas.

The vacation home is a former carport built in a half-timbered style and is located on a 3000 square meter property together with the landlord's house in a quietly located forest settlement at a distance of about 300 m from Bundesstraße 3. It is designed for 2 people and no pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath.
