Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. We offer a cozy and animal-friendly apartment with care for your pet. Our old farmhouse is located directly on the forest between Winsen (Luhe) and the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. A dog, a hangover, three ponies and a few hens live with us in the yard. The accommodation is particularly suitable for people who want to take their four-legged friends on vacation as we offer loving on-site care in their own dog area (for a fee).

The cottage is very traffic-calmed in a cul-de-sac location and can be reached via an 80 m long private path. In 70 m as the crow flies, there is a currently occupied stork nest. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters away. Two bicycles are available, free of cost.
