Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Cozy caravan

We completely renovated and insulated our Eribette from 1968, 2023. Unfortunately, someone drove into our camper in the same year, while we were on vacation. Unfortunately, the axle was bent, so we could no longer use it for travel. Because we have expanded our Eribette with a lot of love, we have not had the heart to part with it. We hope our guests enjoy it and its charm and enjoy a few nice days.
