The 3 luxurious bathrooms ensure that there is plenty of space for everyone, and the energy-saving air-to-water heat pump ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the house. The house has four bedrooms, three of which are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. There are 2 additional sleeping places in the attic (loft) and a separate alcove in the lower area where you can stretch out and sleep – there is enough space for everyone. The beautifully furnished rooms have comfortable beds that guarantee a restful night's sleep. The 40 square meter living/dining area is the ideal place to gather and enjoy meals together. Stylish furniture and modern amenities such as a TV with satellite for German channels, as well as Chromecast and wireless internet, offer entertainment for the whole family. Nice townhouse, close to town, beach and fjord + free access to family-friendly swimming pool. On the ground floor there is an entrance with stairs to the 1st floor, dining room with large dining table and exit to the large cozy garden, living room, large well-equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and hallway with descent to the laundry room. On the 1st floor there is 1 large bedroom, 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with single bed, large rest area and a nice bathroom. There are no stair gates. Children are welcome - the house is not childproof.

From the kitchen and living room, you can go directly out onto the house's large terrace. The pool room has a 26 m2 swimming pool, sauna and a standing water spa. The room is nicely furnished, with a slanted ceiling, inviting you to really sit and enjoy yourself. The house contains five bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms with underfloor heating. From the living room, which has a fantastic view of Blåvand Lighthouse.

It is 800 meters to Denmark's most amazing white sandy beach and 900 meters to Blåvand town, which offers several shopping opportunities, bars, restaurants and shops. The house was built in 2023 and heated with an economical heat pump, which means low consumption costs for you as a tenant. There's underfloor heating all over the house.
