På husets 70 m2 store træterrasse, er der sol fra morgen til aften. Haven er aflukket og privat og har en dejlig græsplæne med plads til havebadminton eller bordtennis. Huset ligger ideelt mellem kystbyerne Hornbæk og Gilleleje, som byder på hyggelige restauranter, cafeer, food market, butikker, isboder, minigolf, fiskeforretninger på havnen og meget mere.

Summer house by Danish architect Søren Cock-Clausen. Gently restored. Furnished with the best of Danish design from the period. The garden is huge, private and with a great view of the fields. Sun at all times of the day. Swings and a sandbox for the kids. Two annexes; an charming wooden house with outdoor bath, small kitchen and dining area, and a small cabin. Our house is perfect for families who appreciate design, nature and privacy. The place has room for 10, but is also great for 4.

Nyrenoveret sommerhus tæt på skov og strand

Charmerende sommerhus med fantastisk stemning inde og ude. Skønt og meget fredeligt beliggende, som det sidste hus for enden af lille grusvej i den gamle del af Rågeleje. Fra sommerhuset er der 200 meter til skoven og 800 meter til stranden. Grunden er total uforstyrret med en smuk ældre beplantning. Huset er totalrenoveret i år og fremstår meget indbydende med loft til kip og udgang til stor syd-vestvendt træterrasse. Huset rummer tillige 3 gode soveværelser og fuldstændig nyt badeværelse.

Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. Lokal idyl - skøn lys bolig med glashus! Boligen er en del af et dobbelthus ca 48 m2, med egen indgang, glashus og have. Det er et stort, skønt lyst køkken alrum, med spiseplads og en blød afdeling. Soveværelset har adgang til et badeværelse med stor bruseniche. Køkken rummer faciliteter til at lave egne måltider, samt udendørs grill. Der er gode parkeringsforhold, tæt på Helsingør centrum, indkøb, kultur, Museet for Søfart, Kronborg, skov og gode strande, muligheder for tennis og golf.

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
