New and modern cottage with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 m from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds, respectively, with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people in the case of families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress, for the very small children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The house's gathering point is the approx. 35 m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a beautiful functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Chromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or the like for the house). Here there is a guarantee for relaxation, coziness and good company. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home an obvious gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful vacation together. Outdoors, you will find a large, lovely wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (approx. 120 m2). The terrace is partially covered with garden furniture and patio heaters, inviting you to enjoy good times throughout the holiday. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool you off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip at the beach. For the childish souls, there is also a trampoline, a swing and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house, it is only 3 km to Gilleleje town, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, a cinema and good restaurants.

The annex is beautifully located in the 2nd row from the sea, with a lovely, enclosed private garden. We are 2 minutes away from a beautiful view of Kullen, the harbor, and the coast, and a 7-minute walk to the beach with a bridge, so there are plenty of opportunities for a morning dip! Follow the Fyrstien towards the old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from which there is a breathtaking view.

You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located accommodation in the center of Helsingør. The apartment is located in one of Helsingør's oldest houses. The apartment sleeps 4 people. One bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) and a loft with 2 single mattresses. When you leave the apartment, you will find yourself in the cozy pedestrian streets of Elsinore with beautiful shops, restaurants and cafes. About 10 minutes' walk from the apartment you have the Kulturværftet, the marina, Kronborg and the beautiful beach.

Three bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed & 1 x 160 cm bed, loft with 2 x 120 cm bed), dining room, living room and two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with washing machine & dryer.

In the kitchen there are basic kitchen utensils. Small fridge with freezer, 2 hobs, combined microwave and oven. There are towels and bathrobes. There is air conditioning. Use the “mode button” on the remote control to switch between “heat” and “air conditioning”. Please close the window when in use.
