Long walks or a small bike trip, we have a lot of nature to offer and are happy to give excursion tips. The apartment (58 sqm) overlooking the countryside is located on the 2nd floor of a small three-family house (8 steep steps), 2 minutes' walk from the train station. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

Free parking is available about 150 meters away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.
