On the first floor (45 square meters) there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed), a guest toilet, the hallway and the kitchen. On the upper floor: living room, bathroom with shower + bedroom. Fresh bed linen and towels are of course included. What else is there? Free Wi-Fi, smart TV incl. The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

The property is located on an old farm surrounded by nature and a lake. It is about 1.5 hours from Berlin and is wonderful if you just want to relax. It is also suitable for larger groups.
