The cottage offers space and room for 4 people, on a total of 80 square meters of living space. On the first floor (45 square meters) there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed), a guest toilet, the hallway and the kitchen. On the upper floor: living room, bathroom with shower + bedroom. Fresh bed linen and towels are of course included. What else is there? Free Wi-Fi, smart TV incl. The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.

The property is located on an old farm surrounded by nature and a lake. It is about 1.5 hours from Berlin and is wonderful if you just want to relax. It is also suitable for larger groups.
