In the historic and cozy Lille Klingbjerg area, this newly renovated apartment is located. Bright and spacious and overlooking a cozy green backyard. The apartment has its own private courtyard. The area is quiet and located a few minutes from the pedestrian zone and the center. On the same street is the theater mill and small cozy shops (retro lamps, vintage residential interiors and a small butcher shop). Grocery stores 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. It is not allowed to throw a party in the apartment.

Kiel University Near | Bus & Parking in front of the door

The apartment is in Kiel-Kronshagen with proximity to the university, allowing a quick connection to all parts of Kiel. Bus and parking are right in front of the door. The converted attic offers enough space for 2 people, but can also be used by up to 4 people for shorter stays. Please note that the apartment is located on a street and can be more lively in the building and outside. It is therefore not suitable for guests who are looking for absolute silence.

Cosy apartment in Odense harbor

Apartment is built in 2018, it's nice and cosy, in a good location. For your comfort there is a dishwasher, washing and drying machines, iron, iron board, fully equipt kitchen, balcony, TV. Also there is always tee and coffee for you. Location: 15 min from Odense centre; 10 min from the train station; 1 min from supermarkets. Hi there! We offer a cosy one bedroom apartment for short stay while beeing on holiday, visiting friends or family or working in and around Kiel. We refurbished and decorated the flat in 2023. You will find towels and bedlinen as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The flat is located close to public transport that will bring you either to the city or to the beach.

Stort hus (330 kvm.) med indendørs pool, billard, flygel (kun for de gæster, der rent faktisk kan spille klaver!) dart, 4 soveværelser (otte voksne og fire børn), fantastisk udsigt og kun 15 minutters gang fra centrum og lystbådehavn. 15 minutters kørsel til virkelig god strand. Ekstra "hotelhus" med 12-16 senge kan muligvis bookes sammen med dette hus.
