Cottage by the Geltinger Birk

Welcome to our farm at Geltinger Birk, The approximately 18 square meter cottage is located in the garden of our farm in the countryside, not far from the Charlotte mill, a popular starting point for long walks by the water or through the nature reserve. The beaches of Falshöft and Wackerballig can be reached in a few minutes (3 km). The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen, stove and fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Electric heating is available for even colder nights.

Fantastically idyllically located, between forest, meadows and a sandy beach 250 m away, the apartment, completed in early 2025, is hidden with special architecture and minimalist design. If you want to listen to the sound of the sea (with an easterly wind), the call of a red kite (with a westerly wind), admire sunrises over the Baltic Sea (from the bedroom) and explore the beautiful landscape between Schlei and Geltinger Bay with a view of Denmark, this is the place to be.

Located in Gelting, the studio apartment Lüttdeel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 26 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on just under 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholmer harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. In a direct location to the sailing harbor in Maasholm, it is only a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.

The building - part of a former farm - was built in 1914 and has been offering guest rooms since 1940. In 2022, the building was extensively renovated in the 4th generation and with a lot of love for detail according to the latest standard.
