Air-conditioned studio with balcony facing Mont Blanc located on the 4th floor with elevator in a chalet-style residence. Green park and private parking. Large bay window facing south/east on Mont Blanc, not overlooked. Quiet neighborhood close to hospital, tennis, swimming pool etc. In the heart of the Mont Blanc range near Chamonix, Combloux, Megeve, etc. for skiing, mountain biking and hiking. Comfortable studio: Sofa bed with a real mattress, toilet, bathroom and equipped kitchen. Downtown, 10 min walk.

A wooden accent wall complements the comfortable seating area, which features a soft couch with colorful pillows. Natural light enters through glass doors leading to a balcony, while a modest television is placed on a wooden cabinet opposite the seating.

Quiet residence, very small studio 20 m², SE exposure close to all shops, 600 m from the ski lifts, ski bus shuttle 30 m away. Accommodating 2 people, this Savoyard-style studio is fully equipped. American kitchen, washing machine, flat screen, sofa bed 140/190, dressing room, bathroom, toilet and 5 m² balcony with view of Aiguille du Midi in clear weather. Lake, recreation center, children's park 100 m away. If you want to bring your bed linen and towels I'll give you a small discount.

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"

Comfortable, renovated studio, close to the center of the village and its shops, enjoy a great view of the Aravis mountain range, in a quiet and soothing environment. The studio is fully equipped, linens and towels provided free of charge from 6 nights, so as not to overload your suitcases. You will appreciate the proximity to all mountain activities, summer and winter (water accessible on foot, hiking, ski area, cross-country skiing, etc.)

The chalet has a terrace, outdoor parking. There is a wood-burning stove that can be used, wood is not provided. The chalet is a 3-minute drive from the start of the slopes and a 3-minute drive from the center of Praz village where you will find all the necessary amenities.

Small cottage at 1200 m altitude, completely restored. Calm, rest, reconnection to nature. Conducive to meditation. Departure on foot for beautiful walks: Orcière, Sulens Manigod La Croix Fry ski resort about 20 minutes away by car, 2 Restaurants within 10 minutes. Deliveries possible. 45 minutes from Annecy city center, 35 minutes from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand. Extra options: Energy treatments and wellness massages on site.
