Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

The summerhouse is renovated in 2020. Includes 2 floors with 36 m2 on each floor. The top floor contains bright living room/kitchen with panoramic views of Feddet and Lillebælt. The bottom floor contains 2 rooms, bathroom and hallway. From both rooms, there is direct access out. Good indoor staircase between floors, there is security gate from living room. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.

Toilet og bad samt udendørs bruser m. varmt vand. Soveværelse med 2 enkeltsenge der kan sættes sammen. Stue/køkken i et. Tv og wi-fi. Terrasse med havemøbler og grill. Hytten er delvis afskærmet fra ejers bolig.

Modernized open and airy apartment with stunning views over Kiel Bay, located right by the Kiel Schilksee Marina. The "bedroom" is a half-height lounging area (no standing height), which can be reached via a small wooden ladder/staircase. Also from the bed you have a great view of the water. There is also a TV corner. 1 car parking space in a parking lot secured with a barrier is at your disposal.

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
