It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. The apartment is the basement in a detached house. It's an older house.

Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. Shopping is in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right outside the front door. Good restaurants nearby. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach.
