It is located in a semi-rural area about 12 miles south of Chattanooga, TN and 5 minutes from Chickamauga National Military Park. The entire property is 40 acres and is mostly pasture used for beef cattle. The view off the deck and out the back windows is spectacular. You see pasture, trees, and Lookout Mountain.
