Small, cozy holiday apartment (27m2) in the middle of the old town, a few meters from the pedestrian street with the Malt Factory in the backyard and shopping just around the corner. You will be staying in a well-maintained one-bedroom apartment, with a modern bathroom and a small, well-functioning kitchen. Everything is nicely well maintained. The apartment must be handed over in the same cleaned condition as at check-in. If you do not want to clean yourself, this can be purchased for kr. 300. There is the possibility of 1 extra bed on the sofa for a child, for an additional fee.

Here, most things are within walking distance - the Malt Factory, restaurants, shops, museums, supermarkets, harbor and beach. The garden is a small lush oasis with several cozy nooks, a covered terrace and a sea view. Enjoy a drink on the terrace and the sunset over Ebeltoft Vig. On the street, you can park for 15 minutes for loading and unloading. Free parking within 75 meters. Electric charging station 100 meters. Final cleaning can be purchased.

I reserve the right to raise the price, water is DKK 79 per m3, the landlord reads the meter at check-in and check-out and sends a charge for actual consumption after check-out.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. In the living room, there is the possibility of extra bedding with a view of the harbor basin and Ebeltoft Vig. Great location and big new modern house. Right on the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large patio with covered terrace as well as gas grill for the late night hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.
