Great location and big new modern house. Right on the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large patio with covered terrace as well as gas grill for the late night hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

Here is a marina as well as a lock As a tenant , you have access to all shared activities, i.e. swimming pool with hot water pool, children's pool and sauna. In addition, the sports hall with various activities, Badminton and Padelbane. There is outdoor large playground, tennis courts, mini golf as well as mountain bike course..etc.

The cottage consists of a staircase to the private entrance, a large room with two single beds, a living room arrangement, as well as large and bright windows. From here, there's access to a small kitchenette, with a hob and sink. From here, there is an exit to a terrace between the treetops. There's also access to an outdoor shower that's shared with other guests. 2022: New extension with toilet,sink.
