Cottage Havpilen - 100m to Dragsmur Strand

1st row to Dragsmur Strand. View to Begtrup Vig. 5000m ² of natural land with paths and hills in the middle of the National Park Mols Mountains. There are many places with shelter on the ground and a fireplace. The house is hidden behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Beach. This one has nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is in two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal. Here are all the possibilities for outdoor activities.

The most beautiful gem with a sea view

The house is located with the most beautiful view to the sea. There is a wooden terrace around the house. There is furniture for both sides, and two sunbeds for relaxing. The house is furnished with a large double bedroom and 2 smaller rooms with 120 cm beds. The bathroom has a reasonable size with large shower room. The living room and kitchen are in one with plenty of space for everyone. The fireplace in the house is a fireplace. The trampoline is at your own risk. Feel free to take off your shoes when using it.

Charming and cozy summer house close to the beach

Lovely, small, authentic summer house with an enclosed garden, on a quiet road - just 400 meters from the beach, located at Lyngsbæk Strand. Within 1 km there is a grocery store, swimming bridge, icehouse, cafe and the legendary Molskroen. The house is 45 m2 divided into 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen and toilet. One bedroom is with 2 single beds and the other is with a 3/4 bed. The toilet is equipped with toilet and sink. Cozy sheltered outdoor shower with nice warm water. The house is left cleaned.

Vi udlejer hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l. The house is a converted barn, totally rebuild 2005 by myself, only the old timber structure is kept. Now with to levels downstairs I have my workshop, but it will not be used when rented out so a quiet place inside the nature reserve Stauns Fjord (not a summerhouse area) close by is a small dinghy harbour, a excellent starting point for canoe or kayak trips.
