Here is a spacious entrance, a beautiful kitchen with oven, half induction hob, fridge/freezer and general kitchenware. Cozy living room with sofa bed and TV corner. Bedroom with double bed (can be divided into two), dresser and clothes rack. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A small room with dining area. Wood-look tiles in all rooms. We are a family of 4 upstairs, which can occasionally be heard. Free parking on the street and in the driveway.

You will love the apartment due to the location, spacey balconies (one covered), the view and the modern style. It is a beautiful, new apartment (136 m2). It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a stylish kitchen and a lovely bathroom. From every room there is a nice view. It’s fully equipped. The apartment is close to the ocean, the marina, super market, restaurants, fitness, city center etc. Allow yourself a nice swim in the ocean or walk along the marina to downtown (15 min walk).

Beautiful newly renovated holiday apartment located in the basement level. The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde School). Beautiful viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10-minute walk from the house.

Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house. Also close to Djursland's many attractions, as well as Mols Bjerge, and the many hiking trails. 3 km to basic shopping and 8 km to a larger selection. Feel free to use the electric car charger, at the daily price.
