Our 'Villa Kunterbunt' with the apartment is located in Dortmund-Hombruch, one of the most attractive districts of the south of Dortmund with central connections to the University of Dortmund, the soccer stadium, the Dortmund / Westfalenhallen trade fair and the city center. The Hombruch city center with cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors and numerous shopping opportunities is within walking distance in 2-3 minutes. Parking is available in front of the house.

Quiet apartment in the south of Dortmund

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

The location of the apartment is very central and perfect. You have the top floor apartment (65m² - 4th floor) just for you. Tram and S-Bahn can be reached in about 5 minutes. From the city center, it is not even 10 minutes to the apartment. Now with TV (Internet-enabled and SAT). The apartment is just 5 minutes away from the great Dortmund opera.

Our 65sqm large apartment is located on the 1st floor of our detached single-family house and has a wonderful view of the countryside. You live very relaxed and quiet here. Nevertheless, the city center, the stadium, recreational areas or the Westfalenhalle can be reached quickly. Shopping is also in walking distance.

We are happy to welcome you to our 2-room apartment. The apartment is 50 square meters and has a separate entrance to the street. In the living room/bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm bed and a large TV. The large windows to the garden make it bright and friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Welcome to the Ruhr Valley hut 5 km to the city

Drive into an iconic place. In the bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, you can shower in black and yellow. The kitchen is equipped with: stove, oven and microwave and a fridge, in which a Dortmund beer is always cold.
