Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

🌿 Wellness-Oase am Rande eines Industriegebiets. Das Apartment ist ein Rückzugsort für Paare. Genießt entspannte Stunden in der eigenen Dampf-Sauna oder entspannt im Ganzjährigen Jacuzzi mit Panorama Blick auf wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

Diese hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung mit Eichenparkett, Fußbodenheizung und elektr. Rollos liegt unmittelbar am Dortmunder Phoenixsee, in direkter Anbindung an den Hafen mit vielen Restaurants, Eisdiele und Cafés. Der Phoenixsee lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Parkplatz mit Tiefgarage und Fahrstuhl gehören zum Objekt. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit 1 angeschlossenem Bad mit Badewanne und 1 Gästebad mit Regenfalldusche. Sie ist für bis zu 4 Erwachsene geeignet.

We warmly welcome you to our cosy flat. The flat is located in a quiet no-through road with enough parking spaces in the beautiful Hagen-Emst district. A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

Design chalet with lake view, sauna, fireplace & pool

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Artsy flat near Dortmund HBF

Enjoy a lovely stay in my very central (7 minutes by walking from the central station of Dortmund) flat. The flat has one separated bedroom with a 1,40x2,00 meters bed, suitable for 2 persons. A third person could also sleep on the couch in the living room. The kitchen is opened through a pillar to the living room. You can enjoy your stay, whilst having access to your own private Terrasse. These are two guest rooms with kitchenette and a dining area in our house, where we also live. High-quality renovated dream villa, the "forest house." Built in 1875. Here, history meets modern luxury. Relax, work and enjoy in a stylish ambience. A short distance to the airport and Messe Düsseldorf. Tiny house on two floors

Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.
