Private 2 room Suite near Downtown Flagstaff

This is a private suite upstairs in our house, blocked off from the rest of the house. We own and manage this property, it’s not an investment, but extra space we are happy to share. We are a mile from downtown Flagstaff. The suite is 2 rooms plus a large bathroom, around 500 square feet. The queen bed has a Beauty Rest Pillowtop mattress, and there is a blowup single mattress. There is a fridge and microwave for leftovers. We do not allow pets. There is one guest parking spot in the driveway.

Large floor space, 4 total bedrooms+ 2 futons. Outdoor deck for gathering and sleeping under the stars. This efficient bungalow is unique, quaint and well furnished. It is only 2 blocks from NAU, or the urban trail system, and a 10 minute walk from downtown. The outside is fenced and shaded by several big trees and the inside is very inviting and relaxing. Dogs will be considered for a nominal dog fee ($20 a dog per night).
