A place for families as well as for those seeking peace and quiet! This friendly, sunny apartment is on the second floor of a 6-party house with garden, parking space and private south balcony. It is only 900 m from the beach/dog beach and in the immediate vicinity of the Wernerwald with its forest outdoor pool and the climbing park, the Duhner coastal heath and the national park center. So, nature is at your doorstep! Shopping facilities about 2 km, bike rental 500 m, doctor/dentist about 1.5 km.

The 2-room penthouse is located in a very well-kept and quiet residential complex. Only approx. 1.5 km to the sandy beach, Kurpark and Kugelbake. Restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 5 to 10 min. From the living room you have access to a spacious, secluded terrace with comfortable lounge set and electric bbq. From the bedroom there is access to a small covered balcony with a view of the countryside. 1 set bed linen+towels/person and stay as well as local taxes included.

The open-plan living space features a well-equipped kitchenette, a cozy dining area with four chairs, and a comfortable bed with a textured headboard. The beautiful cozy apartment is located opposite the Wernerwald. Through the Wernerwald there is a very nice hiking trail to the beach. You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and comfortably furnished. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. The apartment consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower room and hallway. The garden can also be used. Important it is house number 81!!!! Not as indicated 80!
