It is modern designed, themed to its name, Autumn, and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa and a working table, kitchen with a dining table and bathroom. We took special care of all the little details, to make it the best stay for you! It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! The apartment is just off of Gran Vía, the most central street in Madrid, in a colorful neighborhood called Chueca. The area is famous for being a fun, bohemian area. In the street there are authentic cafes, tapas, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

The apartment is very bright and quiet. It has a spacious living/dining room. With wifi connection via ADSL, TV with Netflix. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, oven and dishwasher. A separate room with a full bathroom built in. In addition, you have an extra toilet. The building does not have an elevator. The apartment does not have common areas The house already belonged to my great-grandfather, so I know the neighborhood and the whole city very well! Any questions you have can be resolved. The apartment is located on the same street where Cervantes and Lope de Vega lived. The neighborhood is also home to a multitude of bars and restaurants, clothing and antique stores, as well as numerous art galleries. The nearest metro station is Antón Martin, also nearby is the sun station connected with three subway lines and commuter trains. The Atocha train station is a 15-minute walk. The location of the apartment is ideal to know the city of Madrid. Ideal for couples. In the apartment we will inform you of everything you need to enjoy your stay.
