This beautiful and cozy apartment is located in the mythical neighborhood of Malasaña, cradle of the alternative culture or hipster of the city, mix of trends and styles, where you can enjoy good restaurants and the best nightlife. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from Chueca, Gran Vía, Sol, etc.. so to do sightseeing in the city you will not need public transport. If you still need to use it, the Novitiate subway is 1 minute away and Tribunal is 6-7 minutes away.

An unbeatable option to spend a few unforgettable days in the capital of Spain at a more than reasonable price. Very clean and new. Ideal for families or couples. It has Internet and everything you need in addition to cereal and rich coffee for breakfast. Do not miss!

You’ll love my place because of its location, silence and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The apartment is 8 minute walk from Atocha. The apartment is within walking distance of many of the city's most important museums (El Prado, Reina Sofía...) and the Retiro Park! Bars and restaurants with outdoor seating. Bike and motorbike rental service nearby! We provide a welcome breakfast.
