This chic and newly renovated design apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 x king bed 180x200, 1 queen bed 160x200) and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. After the street door, you have to go up one floor without an elevator to the building's ground floor. It is spacious, with a separate bedroom, a closet, a window overlooking an interior courtyard with plants, a bed with a trundle, a very comfortable and cozy mattress (150 x 190), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and includes a washing machine, a ceramic stovetop, a microwave oven, a smoke extractor, and a refrigerator. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
