Cozy house in a quiet and beautiful rural mountain setting in Granada. Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

Son tres aparamentos para dos personas, muy parecidos, con el mismo nivel de equipación y las mismas vistas. Conservan el estilo arquitectónico de la edificación original. Los interiores de cada apartamento tienen su propia personalidad, resultando acogedores y cómodos. En la planta baja, la protagonista es la chimenea de leña situada en el salón; en la primera planta la terraza-balcón con vistas al fondo de valle y las montañas. Todo listo para que descanses y disfrutes de la estancia.

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.

The house's greatest attraction is its location, with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and the Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected to the center of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is only a half-hour drive away. Regarding pets, they are allowed but for an additional charge of €40 per pet, payable separately from the reservation; please check with the hosts.
