Villa Los Pinos is a private house built in the Andalusian country style in an exposed location. In the first floor there is the approx. 40 m2 living room with conservatory, the kitchen with dining table and bathroom, in the basement there is another bathroom and the two bedrooms, all with sea view and air conditioning. The terrace with the infinity saltwater pool (4 x 7.5 m) is spacious, very well protected from view and purely private. Private parking is available right in front of the villa.

At night, you'll enjoy the illuminations of Calpe on the horizon. You'll be amazed by its elegant decoration, which combines with Mediterranean and contemporary styles. Due to its unique design, children under 6 are not allowed. Pets are also not allowed for their safety.

Experience a magical landscape, and take a breath of mountain air at this new villa in Guejar Sierra! Big gated garden with lots of fruit trees, and beautiful views to Sierra Nevada. The house is new and modern and build in 2024. One of few houses that have a private pool in this area. (not heated and closed from 1. Nov - 1. May)
