Original finca, totally renovated with a fantastic view all the way to Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. Enjoy the tranquility or make an excursion to Gibraltar or Europas most southern point Tarifa by the Atlantic coast. Or why not to Marocco-on the African continent. Otherwise is Puerto Banus only 30 minutes drive. Summertime this house is only rented to the guests who rent the big house ("Amazing finca in the mountains of Casares")otherwise it remains closed. The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Beautiful 35m2 studio 800m from the center of the picturesque village of Álora. You'll have wonderful views of the village, its Arab castle, and the Guadalhorce Valley. A 20-minute drive away is El Chorro and the Caminito del Rey, and from here, some of the best walking routes in the area begin. The apartment has a separate entrance and direct access to the pool and barbecue. I live in the big house, across the courtyard, and I'll be happy to help you with anything you need.

With easy access to the A91/92, within 90 mins you can be in Almeria, Granada or Murcia. The beautiful coast is an hour away.

The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.
